We treat our purebred cows like our commercials.  They must be very efficient and turn a profit with the least amount of attention possible.  Our type of cow may be a little smaller than most Charolais breeders but we breed them to “power” bulls and the result is an easy-doing, efficient female that brings in a calf that pounds the scale down in the fall.  We run big numbers and don’t have time to pamper hay burners.  We raise ranch cattle that look after themselves.

We believe in consistency and predictability.  That is why we raise our own females and build on cow families and that is why 99% of our cows were born and raised at Winn Man!
