“The Invitational” will be held on June 24 and 25th in
Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Participants will have the
opportunity to golf
Dakota Dunes, rated by Golf Digest as
the number one new golf course in Canada in 2005.
The event will feature a social and Calcutta auction the
evening of June 24th, followed with a breakfast
marketing seminar the
following morning, the “Texas
scramble” golf tournament at noon and a windup awards
banquet at the adjacent Dakota Dunes
Casino that evening.
All funds generated from this event will be appropriated
to the breeds which have a recognized junior program and
association.
The percentage of funds allocated will be based
on membership numbers. In addition, a portion will be
appropriated to the
Canadian 4-H Council.
Our main endeavor is to generate funds for Canada’s
Junior Livestock programs; therefore sponsorship and
participation is the key
to
its success. The event will be
advertised in major livestock publications for support and
awareness. Plan to be a part of this
fun-filled
event and
help youth in the livestock industry grow.
